Hillco Technologies Volunteers at IDYCA Mock Interviews: Empowering the Next Generation

That’s why we’re proud to support the Idaho Youth ChalleNGe Academy (IDYCA) through mock interview sessions twice a year. These sessions give cadets valuable, real-world experience to prepare for their next steps in life.

Participating in these interviews is an incredible opportunity for us to connect with some truly amazing young people. Seeing their confidence grow during the process is inspiring. Afterward, receiving heartfelt thank-you notes from the cadets reminds us of the real impact of our efforts.
