Transmission
As combines evolve so do Hillco Leveling Systems. Staying true to the quality and performance of our previous leveling systems, the newly designed undercarriage accommodates today's heavier combines and heads. Hillco keeps the design simple by moving the combine's original transmission to final drive assembly from the combine's main axle to the leveling system's undercarriage. This simple but effective design keeps the treadface of the tires flat on the ground for improved traction, stability, and flotation. Go even further and equip your combine with dual tires and you can tackle any terrain.

Rear Drop Axle
To level the combine fore/aft, it is necessary to raise the back of the combine's height. The original axle fastens to the Hillco drop axle pivot providing full rotation of the rear axle. To achieve maximum leveling the undercarriage raises the combine 9 inches.

Header Lateral Tilt
As today's combines get bigger and heavier, Hillco continues to meet the challenge. Staying true to our time tested design; Hillco Leveling Systems are equipped with an advanced master/slave hydraulic circuit. The master/slave hydraulic circuit coordinates rotation between the combine chassis, header and ground to deliver optimal ground hugging performance. This feature can also be performed manually to give you control over unusual ground contours and any nasty terrace. Automatic Terrain Tracker functions are fully operational providing excellent ground contouring performance.

Crop Feeding System

Crop Feeding System
When you purchase a new Case-IH combine with a Hillco Leveling System you experience maximum throughput; allowing your combine to reach maximum capacity. The Hillco Leveling System is equipped with a crop feeding system designed for any type of crop, whether it's green viney crops, weeds or short slick straw conditions. With the CH7010 you will enjoy maximum feeding with our paddle beater feed system. The paddle beater is available in either metal or rubber; providing you the right fit for each crop and ensuring you will be harvesting in even the most unpredictable conditions.

Powerful, Efficient, Responsive...Dependable
It is our goal to deliver trouble free leveling systems. With our precision electronic slope sensing combined with variable speed hydraulic leveling control we deliver the ultimate in smooth responsive leveling performance.

The clinometers based slope sensor continuously monitors the sloping field conditions and maintains a combine chassis position within ½ degree of level. The variable rate technology utilized in the leveling controller and hydraulic control valve allows for infinite leveling speed control from zero to maximum speed. The further the combine is out of level the faster the system corrects, and as the chassis approaches level the leveling rate slows. This variable speed leveling is what allows Hillco Leveling Systems to be both smooth and responsive.

Remote Switches

Cab Controls
The LCD display console is conveniently located above the Pro 700 monitor delivering fingertip control of all leveling functions. Select Automatic mode and the leveling system corrects for slope changes without any operator input. Switch to Manual mode and the automatic leveling is disabled, allowing the operator to have full control over the combine's chassis position. The Manual mode is especially useful for controlling the unloading auger height. The Diagnostic mode can be utilized to troubleshoot electrical functions. The Diagnostic mode monitors essential functions and includes a rear wheel assist alarm, reminding the operator to disengage when descending steep hills, and a light indicating that maximum level has been reached.
